[arm-allstar] supermon login

Hi,
              I havn't read many of the threads in ARM, but I'm
experiencing an issue logging into to supermon, maybe you know of someone
that can help me. Ive followed all of the appropriate steps on how to make
changes to the Pi-3 using Win SCP. I did all the changes in order starting
with making the update to asterisk/rpt.conf where I enter my public IP.
But,To begin with my node didn't even report to allstar, so that is a big
first problem to troubleshoot! I was expecting to hear the station id and
what ip address it is.
