[arm-allstar] Slow to connect

Hi all, I have a allstar node in my truck. It is setup to delay 60seconds then dial my home repeater. The repeater is static so I know the address of it. The issue is, it takes between 5 and 30 minutes to connect. I am guessing this is a registration issue of some sort. Anyway to bypass it all and get a instant on connection?
