[arm-allstar] FW: Multiple nodes on a LAN

I have a unusual setup. The nodes are on a CradlePoint MBR-95 (I had
it). This is behind a Pace 5268 Uverse Gateway Router. Both are at my house.

The reason for the second router is this....the links to the repeaters
run on a 3 GHz network running on ham frequency allocations. It has been
up 6 years. I was trying to avoid any commercial traffic on the link and
add an extra layer of security. In addition to the Allstar nodes, there
are two P25 repeaters and a DMR repeater using this LAN.

I did get it working by opening the UDP ports on the Uverse Gateway
although I would prefer to keep it on just the LAN.

I am open to any thoughts on keeping it just on the "ham" LAN". I did
consider a router change for the second router.

First thing to get it working, next solve the LAN issue. I have added
the correct entries in rpt.conf for each of the three nodes.

Would adding static routes in the MBR-95 be a solution or would a router
change be better. I have not tried the static route method.

Joe
