[arm-allstar] Upgrade issue

 1. You will need to log in to your RPi node with SSH.  For each stanza
    related to IAXRPT connection profile in your IAX.CONF file, you will
    need to add the following:

    requirecalltoken=no

 2. When done editing iax.conf file, go ahead and save, then exit.

 3. This is an example of a modified IAX stanza.  YOU ARE ONLY ADDING
    THE LINE AS SPECIFIED IN #1.



 4. A reload of IAX2 is required.  You can reload at the Asterisk CLI,
    by typing:
    iax2 reload
    Followed by ENTER KEY.
