I have a question regarding the new upgraded release.  With the new upgrade
I can no long command the node from iaxrpt with the dtmf tones.  Does this
have something to do with the requirement of call tokens or having to add
requirecalltoken=no to the iax stanza?  If yes how do we fix the issue so
that iaxrpt is capable of sending commands to the node?
