[arm-allstar] MAJOR HamVoIP UPDATE 1.7.0-01 RELEASED

I've been using alpha versions of HamVoIP with Hamlib to control a
Kenwood TM-D700A as a remote base in North Carolina from New York, and a
V71A at home in New York. Nothing to do with HamVoIP, per se, but I've
found a lot of stuff doesn't work on the V71A using the D710G module
(closest thing to the V71 that is supported by Hamlib). For example, I
can change memories if the radio is already in NR mode, I can change
from VFO A to VFO B, but once that's done, I can't get back to NR/memory
mode. While in VFO, I can't query or change frequency.

I can reliably change output power level, squelch and some other parameters.

This all works on the older D700A, and probably would work with a real
D710G as well.

Definitely looking forward to integrated remote base functionality.
