Hmm, anyone else having trouble getting IAXRPT working with their node?

I can connect IAXRPT, I can PTT, but DTMF goes nowhere... can't get my node
to connect to anything.

The node is working fine otherwise, i.e. with RF input from radios.

Comments below the instructions:

Modify the iax.conf file incoming stanza. 
For example:

; iax.conf
[iaxphone]
requirecalltoken=no

I have two nodes and neither of the iax.conf files contain (iaxphone)

What I do have is
[iaxrpt)
And under that, among other things, I already have a line that says
requirecalltoken=no

Then I have
[myphone-iaxrpt]
With a 
requirecalltoken=no
line as well.

I pasted the two lines from Dave's post underneath this section, and before 
; [pbx]

What can I try next?
