[arm-allstar] Overkill Controller Setup

I am about 3 1/2 years into a repeater controller without an SD card problem. Of course I have a secondary taped to the top of the pi hoping never to use it. At the same time I’ve gone through three wall warts. I’m now building a POE rack in in hopes that I get better and more reliable power.
