[arm-allstar] cross linking

How about adding a function to the allstarlink website that allows for the option for one to either allow for a connection(s) to another node or not when someone connects to your node....

Just a thought....

I think the use of a repeater is getting lost in these networks.  I’m all for digital traffic, and connect direct to the East Coast Reflector.  But I enjoy local traffic the most coming directly into the repeater.
