[arm-allstar] cross linking

I am finding more and more radio less nodes doing this. These individuals are likely uneducated or don’t understand the consequences of doing this. I just learned recently that there is an app in the App Store and allows people to do this as long as they have a valid AllStar account. It was getting so bad that I had to disable incoming connections completely for about a week.
