I agree that the temperature calibration of all of these sensors is
"ballpark" quality. These devices probably also aren't linear, as
temperature changes (e.g.: going from 0C to 100C). So, simply adding in a
constant adjustment offset will probably only optimize accuracy over a
portion of the measurement range.
An adjustment table is probably the simplest solution. I've already done
this with other sensors I've used. I'll dig up that code and send a
follow-up.
