[arm-allstar] Need to Restart httpd.service

I will check all this again the next time it happens, but...

/var/log is currently at 19%

journalctl -u httpd yields:

THIS IS WHEN I RESTARTED THE SERVICE

dmesg -T | grep volt yields no results.
