[arm-allstar] Need to Restart httpd.service

Kevin,

Check to make sure the /var/log tmpfs isn't filling up. If it is, that 
can/will cause apache a headache.

Is apache running or has is crashed?  If is has crashed, take a look 
through the system journal (journalctl -u httpd) for any useful info about 
the crash.

Take a look at the kernel messages (dmesg -T) and check for undervoltage 
messages, etc.
