[arm-allstar] Need to Restart httpd.service

Not sure if this would be a more appropriate topic for the Supermon group,
but figured I'd start here.

I built a node for my father who lives across the country.  About once a
month, I get a help ticket(LOL!)  from him that he is unable to access his
Supermon page. I'm always able to SSH in and do a "systemctl restart httpd"
which solves the issue for him.

I see nothing helpful in the /var/log/httpd logs.   Not sure where to start
trying to troubleshoot this one.

Is it even an issue with the node, or perhaps something weird with his LAN??
