[arm-allstar] Recording & Playing Audio Files

Is there a howto or other source for recording and playing custom audio files from a node?

I think I’m close to the correct method. First I record the audio file as a .mp3 via Audacity on a Win10 PC. Second I transfer the file to my node and convert it to a WAV file. Then I convert the WAV to a UL file, but still no luck. The node just keys up and silence is heard for a few seconds.
