[arm-allstar] playnews + crontab

This works for me, its been playing for about a year

00 19 * * 4 /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews-0.11 ARN 19:30 500260 G
30 11 * * 7 /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews-0.11 ARRL 12:01 500260 G

It has to be the path or the reroute at the end. The cron must be on the
node that you're going to play it on.
