[arm-allstar] Choppy Audio - don't think it is packet loss

Steve - it appears to only be to the one node/hub that I have setup at my
office location to connect all my family repeaters to. Best I can
tell...may have to wait for it to happen again and get on a few
reflectors/nodes and do some more testing.
