[arm-allstar] DMR Bridge on Hamvoip

I've done it a few times, if you want things to auto start at boot you
either need to write your own service files or copy them over from a non
HamVOIP source after you install it through pacman, and then reload
daemon.

It's a lot of work but it will work.
