To my way of thinking, a "remote base" means, a base station "someplace
else" It has nothing to do with it being frequency agile.
I have plans for a remote base on 6 meter FM, F1 will be 52.525 and F2
will be a local FM repeater.
the frequency control will be controlled via a GPIO pin on the Pi that
is running the node.
