[arm-allstar] Kenwood TM--D700A as remote base

Hi:

I have the opportunity to set up a remote base using HamVoIP and a 
Kenwood TM-D700a. As I understand it, this radio should be fully 
supported by hamlib. Has anyone ever used this configuration? Any 
obvious issues or things to be aware of?
