[arm-allstar] Setting

I enable SIP for outgoing phone calls and I can't make any calls and I'm
getting the error below.


 [Sep 28 21:34:42] NOTICE[2715]: chan_sip.c:14418 handle_request_invite:
Call from '' to extension '011+97233751033' rejected because extension not
found.

found.

I repeat over and over again. I not even trying to make a call when
the messages appear.
I had this working once but disabled it.  I was bored and wanted to enable
it again.


Any ideas what to look at?
