[arm-allstar] AllStar plus Pat Winlink?

I built a custom package (which mainly I use) that includes WinLink
(LinuxRMS-2.4.0-182) and APRS related tools, such as direwolf.  To
install, from a bash prompt (admin menu option #9), perform:

pacman -Sy hamvoip-packet-tools


I haven't really ever put much documentation together for this package, 
since there are only a small number of "expert level" users, thus far.
