[arm-allstar] Going Into Halt

I just put together a node radio using George's sound card and shutdown on
a Pi4 and UV-82. The problem I'm running into is that it will randomly go
into Halt mode and shutdown. After a few minutes Allstar starts again.
Everything stays powered up during this problem. I can't figure if it's
hardware or software.
