[arm-allstar] Raspberry PI 4

Well that's odd as the 3 I have are PI 4 (4Gig) and are the original 
Raspberry PI brand.

I will download image again and if that doesn't work use a PI 2 or PI 3 
like others have suggested or a PC.  I found both those work fine but 
others have said the PI 4 doesn't work for them as well.
