[arm-allstar] systemctl and HamVoIP updates

Hi Aaron,
I guess you're running the DVSwitch apps on HamVoIP? If so, that document
can only be used as a guideline, not a copy-and-paste cookbook.
I'll post some code updates to allow auto-starting these programs. I've
had an DVSwitch package in the alpha-test repository now for months. I'll
work on getting that package update pushed over the finish line.
For several months now I've been working on some exhaustive code
refactoring. I'm very close to ready to start releasing more updates.
Details to follow.
