[arm-allstar] I can not reach my node via WAN

So I have no issues when I'm home connecting via the LAN, but once I
disable my phone's WiFi and use my external IP in dvswitch mobile I am no
longer able to connect. Echolink will even timeout

nothing in the router has changed, the external IP is still the same
running asterisk  CLI doesn't even show the phone trying to connect

where should I start looking, does hamvoip have so sort of firewall ?
