[arm-allstar] Issue starting Allstar Img.

Pull the card and plug into the pc.

Open win32diskimager.

Perform a 'read' of the SD card and a exact copy is made.

Remember it will be a image the size of the card.  May be 32GB!

A proper file backup to restore may be a better idea.  Most files and
configs are saved that way.   File-backup.sh is provided to you on the HV
image.
