Disregard folks. Figured it out. Had to get my linux brain working again. However if anyone would like to know the cron job to delete files or logs is as follow
00 * * * * find path/to/directory -type f -mmin 1 -exec rm {} \; *****MUST BE ON ONE LINE*****
Path to directory is for example /etc/asterisk/local, where ever you decide to put your files, in my case I created a easy directory /tmp/recording/52007.
The reason I did this was to archive audio for the day when I'm not around and if I need to go back and listen to something, its there. This helps for repeater owners that cant monitor it during the day, and when you get that phone call. "YOUR REPEATER SOUNDS WEIRD, or the awesome kerchunkers". So now I have pure audio when and what happened. A control op only can do so much with a dashboard without hearing what's going on.
And after every hour, or day, month (Wouldn't stretch it THAT far) and it will auto delete. So as you can see at every hour it deletes all archive audio because I have an app on my phone that that I can access the files through SSH and play them back from the phone. The app backs up the files archives away to google drive, dropbox or wherever you'd like it.
Once I get the time if anyone would like to have this crazy feature I made up, I'll be more than happy to make a tutorial for you guys. Just let me know. Thanks!
