[arm-allstar] Issue starting Allstar Img.

Brand new at Allstar/Hamvoip

I've used Etcher to load the image on a 32 g SD card. I put it into the PI
4.
I have hard wired the Ethernet on the PI. The OS starts to run but comes up
with error as it can't update Raspian.org/downloads or something like that.
I downloaded the Raspi PI 2,3 and 4 (3) times and used Etcher. I get the
same problem. Unless the Raspian Servers are down.
