[arm-allstar] Connect to private node from public

I figured it out. When I had the other private node setup I had sent the audio packets directly to it. I had the ports right but missed an IP address.

Now with the IP address back at 127.0.0.1 things are doing what they should.

Now off to figure out the DSTAR side of MMDVM_bridge

Subject: [arm-allstar] Connect to private node from public

I have a public node and added node 1991 to another asterisk install. I added 1991s IP to rpt.conf. I added my public nodes I'd to the rpt.conf of the 1991 node. I can issue a connect and it announced that it connected.

Node 1991 is a USRP node for dvswitch.

I can see ptt from my public node all the way to mmdvm_bridge. However when the mmdvm_bridge returns audio, node 1991 doesn't react. The rx/tx IP ports are all correct between the various apps. There are 6.

Am I missing something connecting to a private node from a public? This used to work with another private node I have since nuked.
