[arm-allstar] Distorted audio

If you are having an audio problem you need to tells us more about the
issue. Thousands use simpleusb without issue so I suspect this is something
unique to your system. Define distorted? Is it a level issue? What FOB and
radio are you using? Did it ever work right with your current configuration?
