[arm-allstar] 2nd node? For hotspot

You register a new node at allstarlink.org   -  didn't you register the
node you have?  Using Allstar you can have as many nodes as you want
running from one IP address.  You can run a second node at the same
location or somewhere else and connect wherever you want.
