[arm-allstar] Shutdown Script to Broadcast a QRT Message

Steve,

At the end of the shutdown script - /usr/local/sbin/shutdown_monitor.sh
are the lines -

# Play shutdown message
/usr/bin/asterisk -rx "rpt localplay $NODE1 /usr/local/sbin/powerdown"
sleep 5
/usr/bin/poweroff

Where it plays a pre-made powerdown audio file. You can change that file to
whatever you want. I would rename the powerdown.wav file to
powerdown.wav.old then create a new powerdown.wav or powerdown.ul file with
your audio. If it is longer than the 5 seconds or so be sure to change the
sleep to longer. While there is no guarantee that the file would not be
overwritten in the future it is not likely. You can always save a backup
copy.
