[arm-allstar] Simple Tune Menu doesn't run

Not sure if this "reply" to email gets posted, but hopefully. I found the
problem. User error.  I forgot I am running usbradio on this one node and
not simpleusb so that's why it doesn't run!

Make sure that Asterisk is running and that the chan_simpleusb.so module is
loading.
