I just use my public/external IP address and /supermon
So if my external was 123.456.789 I'd go to
http://123.456.789/supermon
Might have to port forward 80.
Of course since Apache is a full webserver, i ended up getting a domain
name for less than $5 and free SSL certificates and I can even host my own
webpages from an easy to remember address and even lock down areas with a
user name and password.
