[arm-allstar] Web Error Log

[Doug Crompton]

Have you changed any other file in /etc/httpd ?  In "googling" this it
looks like it might have something to do with IPV6 which is turned off in
our code. What router are you using? Are you DHCP? If so do you have the
DHCP address tied down as static or reserved in your router?
