[arm-allstar] Supermon link bar missing

Am setting up a new VHF Hamvoip-Allstar controlled repeater for our local
DX club. Am setting up same as our other local Hamvoip-Allstar repeaters.
The supermon link bar is missing.
I can login/logout OK.
The "Welcome To" screen is there, but the link bar at base of the header
image is not showing up.
Using Chrome, tried firefox and brave as well.
Any troubleshooting tips welcomed. Am sure I'm missing something silly.
