[arm-allstar] over heating

All of my nodes are running in this case and I used to be able to find it
without the supply, but I can't seem to locate it. With the fan on high
(you can't even hear it) the nodes sit happily in the upper 80s full time.

Did you happen to accidentally turn turbo mode on? You can check the
status of your processor with the script cpu_stats.sh
