[arm-allstar] Apple hotspot fixed works perfect

Not sure if this came across the list, but, the just released iOS 13.4 has fixed the hotspot issue. Pi connect and reconnect perfect now.  This also holds true for iPad. I’ve tested this in areas where signal is poor, turning on and off Pi and also the hotspot mode on and off.

Everything will reconnect. If using permanent connect, then of course this goes along with it.
