[arm-allstar] IOS hotspot bug

Hi Doug,

Yes !  Had several ClearNode users reporting this problem.

We examined the iPhone system logs and found cases where the phone was sporadically turning off the 2.4 Ghz radio - had no luck Googling the error message - don't know if that's the root of the problem and I doubt Apple will confirm it one way or the other.

Damned annoying.
