[arm-allstar] "Repeat Only Mode"

I am continuing to battle this problem, hoping to get some ideas of where
to turn to chase this down.

Nodes 507262, 3, 4 and 5 are in different geographical locations and all
connected to 507261 All work flawlessly, except for 507264, which
disconnects regularly despite having been ordered to connect "permanently"
(*73507261).

This node it behind NAT, so it cannot be reached from other nodes and must
"dial out" to connect.

Upon disconnect, I cannot re-connect it via DTMF. The node replies with
the error "NODE 507264 REPEAT ONLY" and refuses to connect to the requested
node (507261).

1. My best guess is that somebody is tripping this node into this "Repeat
Only" mode remotely using DTMF. How do I stop this?

2. How do I get this node back to "normal" mode? I have poured over the
DTMF commands and am not finding this "Repeat Only" specific command.

Having been unable to get this node out of the Repeat Only mode, I have
twice now just gone to the site and re-flashed the SD to get things working
again. now that it has happened again, I need to find the actual solution.

Thanks

Sean
