[arm-allstar] Solution to a VPN startup problem

Many thanks, Doug.

I had not known about WireGuard not looking up any change in a device's
IP address while trying to re-connect.  Your suggestion is much
appreciated so I'll look into a more complete solution, something to
encompass both problems.  In my case it's very rare for my ISP to change
the IP address but that doesn't mean it won't happen, so I need to cover
that possibility.

The hamvoip Asterisk/Allstar environment has been a steep learning curve
but a tremendous education and a lot of fun.

I wonder if this would solve your problem? There is a lot of talk about
this and apparent attempts to fix it. Google - wireguard wait for dns
