[arm-allstar] Split-site repeater

Hello list,

I have been reading through the Allstar/Asterisk documentation but can't 
seem to find the settings and/or commands needed to join two hamvoip 
Rasp Pi's together to form a split-site 10 Meter repeater ... one Pi at 
the receive location and the other at a remote transmitter location, 
connected via OpenVPN for safety, all on a single subnet.  The OpenVN 
server is running on a pfSense firewall.

I have configured private node numbers and static VPN IP addresses.  The 
Pi's are not registered with the Allstar server. The two Pi's can ping 
each other both by hostname and by IP address.  Remote management via 
the VPN works well for the menus and shell access.  Both Pi's are 
configured with  duplex=2 and the [nodes] section is populated with both 
node numbers on each Pi.

I may well have missed something in the documentation, but what do I 
need to do in order to connect the two Pi's so they can chat with each 
other?
