[arm-allstar] DTMF Not Passing Past Allstar

Dave,

  You can send any command using the client. Login to the site, select
client in the menu, and issue the command. If you want to turn off all
connect/disconnect messages edit the rpt.conf file and set telemdefualt=0.
Then do a restart or reboot.
