Yes, It is dependent on the kernel Not the Pi version. The Pi4B kernel is
newer. The newer kernel works on ALL Pi's. The download at the website is
this new kernel but if you want it via update you need to put the RPi4B in
the pacman.conf file. This will update your kernel and then do the
wireguard download.
