LaRoy,

 Add these lines before the hamvoip one

[hamvoip-RPi4B]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

Then do an update.

wireguard requires the later kernel that will be installed first. This is
not dependent on Pi version only the kernel.

Then download the wireguard package.
