LaRoy,
Seems fine here....but it looks like it is in the hamvoip-RPi4B
repository. You need to add that repository to your /etc/pacman.conf file
# pacman -Sy hamvoip-wireguard

hamvoip-alpha is up to date

extra is up to date
community is up to date
alarm is up to date
aur is up to date
