[arm-allstar] Distorted Audio in 1.6

Need some help

Over the weekend I finally upgraded to v1.6. I thought better late than never. But, after the upgrade I heard distorted audio. Sounded like the
channel was over driven. So I started over this time from scratch the audio once again overdriven on v1.6. After working
with it on Saturday and gave up and went back to v1.5. Or what was the version just before v1.6.

So my v1.5 works just fine and has since I built the node.
v1.6 has distorted audio, otherwise this version is working. I haven’t tried transmitting yet. Who knows what that 
will sound like. I listened on both my Yaesu 991a and my Kenwood D74A.

I have the DMK URI sound device and a Pi3B+ using a baofeng UV-5R on 1 watt.

As anyone else seen or heard this problem? Any idea how I correct it?
