Sean,

 The very first thing you need to do is get hamvoip registrations. The
Allstar registration server is unreliable. Since we have your node number
we can send you registrations. When you get them they go into the iax.conf
file either before or after the current registration. Leave the current one
in. The port in the Hamvoip registration needs to be the same port as your
iax.conf bindport setting.  I am assuming these nodes all have Internet
access?? If not then you will need to do you own routing between nodes with
hard routes in rpt.conf.
