[arm-allstar] Adjusting/Turning Off Time Announcement?

There are many ways you can specify. You really should "Google cron" and
get all the info on it.

For hours and minutes you can use a dash "-" to specify a range,  and a
comma to specify multiple times

1,12,15  2-4,15 * * *

Would mean execute at hour  2-4 AM and 3 PM at minute 1, 2, 1nd 15.

If you wanted time from 6 AM to 11 PM at 0 and 30 minutes it would be

0,30 6-23 * * *
